Let me tell you about the kind of man Che is.
He and I met nearly 20 years ago. When I moved to Montreal I called him up out of the blue and asked him to help me find an apartment to rent, he had no notice and only two weeks to get me into something. He helped me find a house to rent a year later for my wife and I, he helped with every step. He then helped us find our third rental when we went out to the West Island after leaving Saint-Leonard. At this point another 4 years went by and we finally decided we were ready to buy.
For sever months Che found us listings, gave his advice and feedback. Looked into everything we asked him to. But most importantly never once did we feel pressured or pushed in any direction. Whether the house was 800k or 500k, Che was completely unbiased and extremely helpful and attentive. We needed help with finding our mortgage, Che gave us several options and made introductions. We needed an inspection, same he gave us several recommendations, same thing for the notary. Whatever we needed, Che provided.
I can genuinely say if you're looking for a place he is absolutely hands down the man you want to work with.
